What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. We also keep your signup and confirmation status, relevant timestamps, and the records needed to manage consent and unsubscribes.
Our email provider may process delivery, open, click, bounce, and unsubscribe information, plus limited technical data needed to operate and secure the signup form and emails.
Why we use it
We use this information only to send Bridge development updates, confirmed program details, and priority application access. Our legal basis is your consent, confirmed through the link in the double opt-in email.
We do not add you to unrelated Phil Goddard or Leonhard Pessl marketing lists.
Who processes it
VBOUT provides list management, signup, confirmation, and email delivery services. Hostinger hosts this website. These providers process information on our instructions for the services they supply.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer protections in its applicable data-processing terms are used.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we provide the promised Bridge updates and priority access. We delete or suppress it when you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, or when the waitlist is no longer used, except where a limited record is needed to respect your unsubscribe request or meet a legal obligation.
Analytics and cookies
We do not use general website analytics or advertising trackers. We use only VBOUT's operational form, list, and email metrics. We do not set non-essential analytics cookies.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe using the link in any Bridge email. You may also ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your information, or object to how it is used. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful use.
You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or your local data-protection authority.
